Spring 2021 Online Policy Workshop Series

Audience

The target audience for the Policy Workshop Series is public sector employees who are involved in the development and implementation of public policy or who manage and provide oversight of the policy process.

Public sector organizations include provincial, federal, and municipal governments, Indigenous organizations and governments, universities and other educational institutions, and non-profits.

Registration Fees

Half day online workshops: $250 plus GST
Full day online workshops: $350 plus GST

You will be invoiced for your registration fees at the end of each semester - fall, winter, or spring. You will remit payment to the University of Regina Financial Services department, and payment instructions will be included on each invoice.

Online workshops include a single live video session for half day workshops, or two live video sessions for full day workshops, along with an online curriculum. The online curriculum may include videos, discussion questions, pre-readings, and recorded presentations.  Each workshop will have different online components that will work best for each session, and details will be sent to participants the week prior to each live video session. 

Online workshops can be counted toward a Certificate of Completion for the Policy Workshop Series. Certificates of Completion are earned by completing 6 full days of training, including the introductory workshop, The Role of the Public Servant.

Please note that we require one week's notice of cancellation, or we charge 50% of the registration fee for the workshop.
